It's a dual pencil sharpener for eye pencils. Works just like a manual pencil sharpener. Not much more to say. Works like it should.

Do NOT buy this sharpener!

I repeat, do NOT buy this sharpener. The picture is of a $40 Nars lipstick. The sharpener ate up a large chunk of it when I tried to sharpen it! And it was just the second time I was using the sharpener. It did the same to my eyeliner, but I consoled myself saying that at least that hadn't cost an arm and a leg. I didn't think both blades would do the exact same thing! I mean, WHAT THE HELL wet n wild?

Good sharpener for my liner pencil. Only thing is it doesnt last that long. The sharpener blade breaks after a couple months but I still buy because its the only one I have found that works well. Good price so I just keep ordering
